If you want to download the server mods manually, you can (or by using built in mod manager). The current mods are:
They go into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\sandstorm\Insurgency\Mods\modio

Each time I try ro conect to our server, I get an answer saying that I'm not conected to MOD IO, and I can't manage to fix this. However, each time I go to MOD IO through the game interface, I open the MOD IO window and see that I'm logged in ...... WTF ?

Description
This issue occurs whenever your Mod.io token becomes invalid. You can resolve this issue by renewing your token.
1) Navigate to: %localappdata%\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
2) Open the "Engine.ini" file.
3) Delete the bottom portion under [/Script/ModKit.ModIOClient] and save the file.
The next time you click on the Mods option in the in-game menu, you will have to re-accept the Mod.io terms of service. After that, a new token will be generated for you, which should fix the issue.

If you're lazy like me, connecting through IP address bypasses the whole issue for some reason.

You can open local app data in the run window (Windows + R key to open) and typing in %localappdata%,
or search for %localappdata% in the menu search bar,
or open Rat's folder directly though the path:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
(Just swich the "USERNAME" with your own username.)
The folder itself is hidden I believe, so you won't find it unless you use a direct path to open it or change the settings.
