For those who people ask to "turn yourself up" please note that the setting is not in-game.
Go to steam> settings> voice> input volume/gain. Adjust to maximum.

If you are using the Strix 7.1 headset please note that by using your desktop amp you can select the "mic" option (7 on the clock) with the wheel on the front and adjust using the wheel on top.
