Building a comp team for Squad

Hi Admiralty,

As you have seen on discord the comp team Spriggs, Allana and Baco were part of is no longer.

Several active squad players have thought about setting up an alternative squad comp team. This will not be branded EBS but it will have maybe 5-10 EBS members on it together with 30-40 other players from other gaming communities.

We just want to get the green light that you are ok with it.

Greetings Admiralty,
The EBS name is known across the Squad gaming community as a group of people that play for the team, always communicate and stick together. No one plays for themselves, it is about the overall performance of the team. We are known to be mature, polite, and have over the past 2 years build up a reputation for being fair, honest and we avoid all the politics of many other gaming communities.......simply put we dont have any drama queens in our group of squad players. As a result of that we have been white listed on many servers and we are welcome with open arms and love to most servers. Recently we have been approached by 2 gaming communities called NG and 508th if we would like to help them with their server. Because they combined have 150 squad players and we only have 10 active ones within EBS they have offered to pay for all costs. Kentone and I will help them with admin work and we will have admin rights. The ethics of the server are all about team work, collaboration, solid communication which goes in line with EBS values. No racism or people playing for themselves will be tolerated.

The Server will be called (NG), =EBS=, 508th Tacticool Squad Gaming

We hope you will approve of this exciting initiative, of course it is at the admiralty's discretion and we will eagerly await your decision.

I don't personally object. It seems a bit long-winded to put all 3 tags up together, but if it's what the people want and have agreed then who am I to question it. I don't imagine @ProvokedPrawn would object, though it may be considered polite just to see what he says before you commit.

For what it's worth, as an long time EX war arranger for many battlefield clans, way before joining HMS EBS , it's extremely hard to get one group of people to work together, train together,be on at the same time, let alone 3 ,etc but best of luck with your endeavour.

Thank you kindly Admiralty....we have agreed to help seed the server. This will not be a competitive clan but three communities trying to help seed the server. It can be hard to fill up these servers but with 3 of us together we stand more of chance of getting it off the ground in the evenings. As for competitive matches I am sure trying to coordinate 35 players from many different communities is like herding wild cats!

Yeah, this server is for fun, those communities have veen fighting to get even, fair, balanced servers for public gaming, sadly other communities took the playerbase and they are not so good at balancing.
So this alliance gives the server enough players to seed it and also a common ruleset and strong admining to avoid reckless behaviors. I can tell it follows our idea of fairplay.
