I'm jumping on our server shortly to welcome back JackInTheGreen. He got the game last week and I'm bursting to game with him again after all these years.

I get it ZTrainier and I think you are right.....the forum peaked between 2010-2018 then after the big crash and invention of discord with younger players attracted to that technology the forum has been slowly diminishing in activity. As I mentioned to you I am part of a motorcycle forum that uses the same technology and looks identical to EBS Forum it was booming between 2009-2020 but then the facebook group slowly took over and now the forum is slowly dying with very little activity. Back in its heyday it had hundreds of posts a day with 1-2K users worldwide contributing daily now its me and 1-2 others that post weekly on there.....there is a wealth of information on the forum about engines, repair work etc but the younger generation would rather use Facebook group and many of the older riders have passed away or given up biking so the forum is on its last legs. I think it cost £75 a year for hosting and we are 2-3 people paying for it now....the question is for how long?

i will keep donating here and there when i got some extra coins in my wallet
last month its been 30 quid
and if there is a donation bowl at the meet again this year i am pretty sure we will be able to collect a pretty decent financial injection

I've paid for the forum for the next two years so all is good.

We (@darkdeamon, @kentone, @HonorOfDuty, @Ztranier and I) have a wiki so that we can all fix the majority of issues.

Oh and the hosting package has daily backups
