I only enquired as it's unfortunate that sandstorm for some reason doesn't work on my PC or I would be playing it and would have known the reason, but despite checking the forums several times a day, I had not seen anything about Taran or his reason for leaving.
It has been a problem for quite a few ppl Warlock but the full release is more refined and works on most pc's now.
Try it again as Kentone says we can both help you to get it up and running.
If all fails you can refund again.

glad you said @ kentone , I re bought it today but it works but the graphics seem odd , ithe only way I can describe it is if you were to run it in 1080 x 1920 , and yes it looks tall and thin , but have tried it on max setings , and lowest settings , out of interest what res are most of you running it in, my native res is 1920x 1080 , but it just looks odd

It would be great to see more members taking commander and observer kits in order to ensure more victories. Sure it's great to have that gun that you like and get a lot of kills, but it's also great to win a map with tight comms and teamwork on the first attempt. This also applies to the heavy gunner kit. It's worth learning how to handle one of the big guns because it's such a massive asset to the team. These things were normal in the past. It used to be about the team winning, not being the best in the team.
