Community Server Nights

I've had an idea, some of us playing BF5 haven't had the time or inclination to update weapon unlocks or vehicle or plane unlocks, or even getting that gold skin.
How about we setup a server one night a week where everyone can join and achieve what they want. We could keep it to the smaller maps and password the server to keep unwanted wankers off.
What do you think?

Might want to check but I think passwording the server will stop any rank/weapon progression.
