A tale of a complete noob and a free weekend.

Post by Hevlikn »

So last weekend 15-17 was a squad free weekend. The usual fare, 50% discount and loads of new players.

As I have been interested in Squad for a while, (and my download speed is no longer complete trash), I thought I'd give it a shot.

First game, with no EBS members online, I joined a squad manning a TOW and seeing nothing, so we pushed the final cap and I immediately downed 3 (2 of which died) proned with my deployed marksman rifle. EZ

Finally Knightmorphed came on and held my hand, building FOBs and running miles and miles and miles.

The Saturday saw me accidently jump in a Technical with Jesus Himself, and right off the bat we encountered 2 fully manned enemy logistics trucks. I hozed them down with the machine gun, while Jesus RPGd them. 14 kills, sorted.

Then a lovely 508th friend (Gerrit) sent me over a key, clearly I left a good impression.

Many more hours to come no doubt,
See you out there
Just another scrub tier PUBGer

its been great playing with you dude, and you are a gamer at heart with excellent first person shooting skills .....its an incredibly difficult game to get good at and considering many players have 2000-4000 hours on it you are up against some stiff competition.....but I have no doubts you will excel at it very quickly.....I have already seen many games where you got double digit kills....well done mate
