BF2042 Interest

Seriously falling out with this game. The most annoying thing is that when Battlefield first came out it was aimed for the PC. It's now aimed at XBOX. You can't fly any aircraft at all as its aimed for the XBOX controller. No joystick enable at all. I mean WTF is all that about! So all PC players are ground forces and all Aircraft forces are Xbox players. Well i just want to get hold of the developers of EA and punch them in the nose

So i boot up the game today and i cannot aim left or right. After trying all things in game i find out that since the update a lot of users have had a bug. The fix was to delete the main battlefield folder. So i had to wait for the game to load up with all the intro video again. I've also lost all my key bindings so i had to go through that again.

I then try and figure out why my Logitech extreme pro joystick still isnt detected. I find out the EA have no plans to release a Joystick option. You need to purchase an XBOX controller. I suck at controllers. If i wanted a controller i would have bought a frigging XBOX one. All the other battlefields have joystick options.

I then look at using an emulator for my joystick. No luck there.

So 5 hours wasted. I bet the developers of Call of duty are pissing themselves.

I watched a video of bf 2042 that was posted on fbook slating it off and the map they were playing on was a very old BF4 map, docks or dockside I think it was called, but if that's right ,bit of a cheap shot to still use an old map that everyone already knows off by heart, considering the price.
