I get constantly killed on bf1, insurgency, at the moment the only thing stopping me getting it is the wait between rounds, would like to play not end up sitting around watching all night

in which case you'll fucking hate pubg. one life per round. play solo and you can start again straight away, but play with others and you're waiting for them to die. it's an odd game mate. even those who love it have a love/hate relationship with it.
while you're first learning it you'll either drop somewhere busy and die instantly, or drop somewhere quiet and loot for ages before you die the instant you see the first enemy. the learning curve is steep, and many of us have watched a lot of tutorials out of frustration/desparation. the wins though, when they finally come, are all the sweeter the longer you've waited for them.
we've had some massive patches, and it is bugged and it does glitch out.
i started playing properly in august, and i'm approaching 1000 hours on it. if you get into it it'll keep you happy for ages, and if you don't like it it's not that great a financial hit to take. so assuming you've watched video of gameplay and you know what you're letting yourself in for it's well worth a punt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3aUeWXaLpw

Its fun, but its a steep learning curve. I have been playing on and off for a while and still getting to grips with it.
I get so pissed off with the game as I seem to be the first in the squad to die, but it's either down to bad timing on my part or stupid mistakes I'm making to expose my position etc..
While the game is fun, a lot of players take the game seriously.. doesn't mean you can't have fun or silly moments though!

warlock, a game can last in excess of 30 mins if your team goes all the way. it's not uncommon to be the only one of 4 to die immediately, and the team go on to do very well without you for >20 mins. in that instance, insurgency is far preferable in terms of downtime. ie, you stated that you're fed up of the deadtime while playing bf1 and insurgency: pubg will be so much worse.

I do not really agree.

In Insurgency, it hapen very often that you are killed early in circumstances where you couldn't do much against it. While in PUBG there is almost always a mean to engage at your own conditions ... as long as Spawnsy is not in the team :P

I agree with you spawns, at least with insurgency and bf1 you can respawn, so although it looks fun I will give it a miss I think, but that's the reason I enquired in the first place.
