Video Capture

Post by Hutch1603 » Thu Jan 25, 2018 8:53 pm

Hello,

I am looking to try and capture a still image from dash cam footage of a car driving into me a couple of weeks ago. I would then like to try and hence the image to see I can get the vehicle vrn.

Can anybody suggest some software or guides that could possibly take me through this process. I would like to get the idiots details so that I can reclaim the £300 it cost me in repairs.

Thanks
