I had them in my bedroom once and I didn’t see a spider whilst they were there.

what is conkers? widows tranlator doesn´t know it
It looks very similar to a chestnut, but toxic to eat. Children USED to thread a piece of string through the conker and we whos conker broke first, but in this modern day of health and safety it's deemed dangerous so has been banned and is no longer a yearly CHILDS game.
Kids round here still play with them. Slightly differently whereby the bludgeon each other, pack them with drugs and stab each other to steal them. But as you say, H&S is out of hand.
Oh and they use electrical tape to tape them to fireworks.
There's a reason why the little darlings are not allowed to play conkers as we used to, it's because the little darlings do not understand constraint. And the parents, well, they are used to hand outs and living life without hard work. There's a govern.....no, leave it there....

Yesterdays episode was quite weak. I find it hard to get into it after the doctor's regenerated. This time it's harder because everything has changed!

I cant stand it, she isn't a patch on Tennant, Smith or even Ecclestone and as for the companions utter shite. Next week is the episode covering the partition of India, why the fuck the writer's think it's a good idea to cover stuff like this I can't fathom.

I for one will no longer be watching until they bring back the Daleks. :)

Out of the new ones, Tennant was my favourite followed by Smith, Capaldi then Ecclestone.

The new series of the sci-fi favourite got off to a promising start with 9.1million tuning in to see the female time Lord’s debut but during Sunday night’s show the ratings plunged as low as 5.9million.
After the latest instalment viewers took to Twitter to vent their frustration. One said: “That’s the last episode I’ll be watching, I don’t watch this type of TV show to get subliminal PC lectures, it’s supposed to be entertainment.”
Another commented after the show: “Dreadful episode and with the non stop PC messages the Beeb has killed #DoctorWho and this time won’t regenerate.”
