Have a GoPro, not able to live stream it though, don’t want to be carrying too much weight 😳

I have an Instagram account with a few videos of my training-

Just because I have 3lung diseases & a disease of the spine ,people like you ,and my grand daughter,(she has done several) race for Life ventures in my name and I have to say I feel very humbled by all the effort other people do on my behalf, it does really piss me off that I can't be a blood doner ,I can't be an organ donor as I have had cancer so once again I thank you all for your efforts ..

Warlock,

I have seen what help can be given to those with cancer, Tash benefited from it.

If I can help just one person it makes it worth it.

There are friends and family, nurses and doctors and other patients who I will never be able to repay for the help and support that they gave us over the past few years.

They, like Tash, are hero's.

I am pushing myself close to the limits this year, well my limits. But I am choosing to do so.

There are people out there, you are one of them, who don’t have a choice. They just get on with it, taking it one day at a time. No complaints. Hero’s.
