I still say max out points and let the weight system restrict players.

This would be much more realistic and push the chase for supply points away ... but is the carried weight really limiting the player mobility ?

we have increased the supply points a bit more and, also did a tweak today to make the bots a bit more aggressive rather then defensive.

Taran has decided that he doesn't want to run the server for the good of the community any longer. He has discontinued the server, and as far as I can see, left the community.
Until DD returns to us I don't see what can be done about getting a new one unless @kentone can stand one up on his own.
Do we have the player base to make it worth continuing our own server? The funds are available if we have the numbers.

The player base is growing as new members are coming in to sandstorm, and me, Ztranier, rat, EvL and sometimes spadgy play at least once a week, actually is mostly daily. I see interest from other non EBS that were on the old server (our pubbies) and new pubbies as well, that from time to time could visit the forum and become members. I can provide the technic support if EBS provides the financials. I would say continue on the same company as GTX Gaming performance was not the optimal but seemed that support responds to querys in time and they do their best to improve the experience. We can change later if we find a greater deal and if we fill the tip pot for a better one...
