You can push it pretty far with that cooler, however there is something wrong with the heat transfer those temps are too high, unless of course you are running the radiator with very low rpm fans. I'd check the thermal paste if you are running your fans auto before running any overclock. Or...
A lot of misunderstanding in this post of yours. First tip in overclocking, go fully manual. You won't be able to test anything while Intel SpeedStep is on. Turn it off, it should lock your vcore to 1.35v and 4.5 ghz. Now enjoy the burn for a while. Second part, you didn't mention any temperatures ....
